The original invention was merely the first step in a larger process of creating the technological system, and then a series of businesses to manage that system. In commercializing the light bulb, for example, he not only had to invent the light bulb itself, but the entire electrical industry. At the age of thirty-one, Edison established an “invention factory” at Menlo Park, New Jersey, from which he promised “a minor invention every ten days and a big thing every six months.” - from Rebuilding the American Dream
Our 2024 Goal is to meet this Challenge:
One Invention every ten days and a Big Thing every six months.
We conduct basic and exploratory research using science and engineering disciplines towards novel products and industries which work to eradicate the lack of access to education, healthcare, clean food, water, shelter and jobs caused by war, famine, drought, earthquakes, hurricanes, fires, tsunamis, flooding etc.
Donors can support our efforts on a Project / Invention Specific Basis or can support our Organization’s Operations.
100% of the Project / Invention Specific Donations go toward Patent Fees, Go-To-Market Strategy and Commercialization.
